Records pertaining to the scientific specimens encompassing accession records; job cards to taxidermists involved in preparation of study skins; and records referring to loans, gifts, transfer and exchange of specimens; in addition to records for field supplies and return of material sent for identification. Other records are catalog cards for each specimen, the systematic card file, and an information retrieval system using punch cards.
